Prep and fulfilment fees are charged for work already performed. Once products have been inspected, prepared or shipped, the associated fees are non-refundable.

Storage Fees

Storage is billed monthly in advance. Unused storage time is non-refundable once a monthly period has begun.

Errors on Our Part

If a service is not delivered as agreed due to an error on our side, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost, or issue a fair credit or refund for that specific service.
