What FBA Prep Actually Costs, Line By Line
Every rate we charge is on this page. Nothing is held back for a sales call. Below the tables we work through what a finished unit really costs, because a single per unit headline number never tells you that.
What does one finished unit cost?
The cheapest complete prep is 33p per unit, which is the 18p handling fee plus a 15p FNSKU label. Add 25p if the unit needs a polybag, or 50p if it needs bubble wrap. Bundles of up to five units are 60p all in.

What is already included in the 18p handling fee?
Receiving your goods, visual inspection, a photograph of anything damaged, expiry, size and weight information, up to 7 days of storage while you stay under 1 CBM, preparation for shipping and booking the UPS collection. It is the base fee every unit passes through.
When does storage start being charged?
Storage is free for the first 7 days while your total volume stays below 1 CBM. Past that it is £29 per CBM per month, paid monthly in advance. There is no monthly subscription fee on any package, so if you ship nothing in a month you pay nothing.
Which products cost more to prep?
Non standard units are 50p per unit plus a tailored rate. Non standard means oversize between 40cm and 60cm, overweight between 1kg and 3kg, higher value between £40 and £100, or anything electrical or electronic. Oversize beyond 40cm for polybags and bubble wrap is quoted separately.
Do these rates cover order fulfilment too?
The handling, packaging and storage lines above apply whether stock is going into Amazon or out to your own customers. Per order pick and pack is quoted against your volume and product. See ecommerce fulfilment for how that side works.
