What to include when you ask for a quote
Four things get you an accurate rate first time. What the product is, including rough size and weight. How many units per month. What prep each unit needs, such as FNSKU only or polybag and label. Whether it is going into Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, eBay or direct to customers.
Can I send stock before getting a quote?
Please speak to us first. We need to know what is arriving so it is booked in against your account and handled correctly. Unannounced deliveries slow everything down and risk being refused.
Where do I send my stock?
We confirm the delivery address when we set your account up. If you are using us for Amazon removals, we give you the address to put on the removal order. Removals handling is £13.99 per month per SKU for up to 200 units of standard size stock.
